In May 2019, Indigo Forward were accredited with ISO 9001:2015 which is the newest Quality Management standard. Indigo Forward were audited by QMS International and have successfully shown evidence of working to the required UKAS standard - “We are very pleased to achieve the latest ISO 9001 certification, which is important to us both to assure our clients and to add value to our business”, said Sacha Stringer, Head of Global Operations.

A Continuous Improvement Culture

Indigo Forward’s decision to work towards ISO 9001:2015 accreditation demonstrates their commitment to continually improving their products and services. To become ISO 9001:2015 compliant, the Indigo Forward team, who are based in the City of London, UK, underwent an extensive company-wide audit that included quality management system development and management system documentation review.
