Indigo offer clients bespoke relocation services into a stress-free working environment, so that audio visual upgrade works can take place in their existing office space.
Due to the high density of Indigo Forward UK's City of London clients, temporary office relocation solutions are available on commercial short-term rental agreements, enabling those clients to move out of their offices whilst audio visual works are carried out. Each office location provides 24x7x365 physical security with secure access card-entry system, with a full suite of telecommunications, internet connectivity options and video conferencing facilities. Each location also provides low/medium density office working spaces that allow companies to work in a similar working environment to that which they are used to.
As a part of the Indigo Forward standard service we provide the ability to retain individual existing DDI extension numbers (via call forwarding) and mirror PBX configurations, provide the use of existing or temporary telephone handsets and video conferencing rooms as standard. We can also arrange, if needed, the physical office move for a stress-free solution.
